The Charmery is a local hand-crafted ice cream shop and is looking for fun-loving people to be a part of our team!
We scoop some of your favorite classics, like Maryland Mud, Ice Cream Sando, Mint Mountain and have fun with the flavors that make Baltimore so delicious, like Old Bay Caramel. We serve hand-spun milkshakes, sundaes and floats.
Our shops are fast paced and we offer working hours that are flexible for everyone. We are eager to offer opportunities for quick advancement.
Scooper
Hiring Now - All Shops
The Charmery’s Scoopers provide consistent, outstanding service to every customer; have an eye for detail, a willingness to clean, stamina (for the long lines of people wanting great ice cream), and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Hours are flexible and looking for candidates who are available to work some morning, afternoon, and evening shifts including opening and/or closing. In addition, weekend availability is required.
hourly+tips — $17 to $20++/hour | Full Time and Part Time
Daytime Scooper
The Charmery’s Scoopers provide consistent, outstanding service to every customer; have an eye for detail, a willingness to clean, stamina (for the long lines of people wanting great ice cream), and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
Looking for candidates who are available Monday through Friday from 11am to 5 or 6pm.
hourly+tips — $18 to $22++/hour | Full Time and Part Time
Event Scooper
The Charmery’s Event Scooper provides consistent, outstanding service to every client; has an eye for detail, a willingness to adapt, and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Ice Cream Maker
**The Ice Cream Maker position is exclusively at The Charmery Ice Cream Factory at 1700 W 41st Street, Baltimore, MD 21211**
The Charmery's Ice Cream is all hand crafted and we are constantly creating new flavors. We are looking for a creative, passionate team member who likes to work in a fun and fast paced environment.
This position participates in high volume ice cream, pints, and topping production. They help with dishes and keep our other shops stocked with ice cream.
Store Manager
The Charmery Store Lead oversees the day-to-day operations and is responsible for supporting, managing, and developing all of their team members to exceed goals. We are looking for leaders who want to bring our company values and culture to life by motivating their team and serving our community.
Salaried with Incentive Reward Bonuses | Full Time (daytime, weekend and nighttime hours)
