Here are the flavors we are #NowScooping at our shops. While we do our best to keep this list up-to-the-moment, there may be times where we have just run out of a flavor on a busy night and haven’t had a chance to update online.

What flavors are you scooping?

Where can I grab a scoop?

We’re currently scooping at our Hampden, Towson, Chevy Chase, and Columbia shops, and on weekends at the Ice Cream Factory.

Pre-packed pints + pies available at each store - Order Online and skip the line at the stores to pick up.

I’m dairy free / vegan, what can I enjoy?

We always offer at least one Dairy Free / Vegan flavor in our cabinet and have alternative dairy options for shakes & floats - just ask a scooper for recommendations.

What if I have a severe food allergy?

We want to make sure that you have a fun, delicious, and safe experience at The Charmery.

All our ice cream & toppings are made in the same facility, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free production process, but our Production team takes great care in how they produce flavors and sanitizes the machines and prep areas between each flavor.

Our scoopers can let you know safe flavors for you and we'd be more than happy to grab you a scoop from a fresh ice cream container with a fresh scooper to ensure no cross contamination. Just be sure to let our team know!

When our shop is open, give us about 15 minutes to put your order together. Sometimes it takes more or less time, so be on the lookout for a text / email letting you know that your order is ready to be picked up!

If you call the store and get the voicemail, please wait a moment and call back. Most likely one of our team members is on the phone with another customer.

When will my online pick up order be ready?

Do you have sugar free ice cream?

At the moment, we do not have a sugar free option.

Do you sell ice cream cakes

We have Ice Cream Pies! We have a few different types, but you can’t go wrong with the classic… Birthday Cake: Graham Cracker crust and Birthday Cake ice cream topped with a hot fudge swirl, whipped cream & festive rainbow nonpareils.

How long are flavors available?

We have Always flavors - that are just that, Always at the shops. Some flavors come and go by the season or the creative whim of our Master Creamer.

Always Flavors include: Maryland Mud, Tell Tale Chocolate, Malty Vanilla Chip, Pure Vanilla, Salty Caramel, Old Bay Caramel, Mint Mountain, and we always have one or two Vegan flavors!

Can I send a friend a gift card?

Want to give the gift of ice cream? We got you covered! We have gift certificates available for purchase in-store or online (shipping option), OR you can send an e-gift card to your loved one through email!

Are you hiring?

We’re always looking for more Ice Cream Ninjas to Join Our Team! Feel free to submit an online application and our hiring team will get back to you if we’d like to schedule an interview.

Do you cater events?

Ice cream parties? Oh yeah! If your group is 50+ individuals, we’d love to offer you an exclusive Ice Cream Social package. Don’t have that many people? Don’t sweat it! We can also hook you up with the perfect Sundae To-Go-Go package. Take a look at our Events & Parties page to see which option best fits your event!
